03 · How we work

How the practice
actually runs.

Appointments, results, referrals, fees and everything else you might need to know before you come in.

Fees

Bulk billed for anyone with a Medicare card.

We offer bulk billing to all patients holding a Medicare card, so there is no out of pocket cost for most GP services.

  • Private vaccines require a GP script and are purchased from a chemist. An administration fee applies.
  • Some allied health services are bulk billed under an EPC plan.

Extended consultations are available on request. Ring the practice to book.

02

Urgent appointments

Urgent appointments will be seen by the next available GP. Our nursing staff triage urgent cases on arrival.

We accept walk-ins. New patients complete a medical history form on arrival.

Wait times vary. Reception will give you an estimate when you arrive.
